A couple of weeks ago I set up a little herb garden on our verandah - and only just found the photos I took of it! So here it is, in case anyone is interested:
So what is in this little garden, you may ask? Well, the left wine barrel contains strawberries and a blueberry bush; the right barrel contains a dwarf nectarine tree, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme and chives; the two pots either side of these contain azaleas; behind the wine barrels there is a bay tree; and behind the elephant is a curry bush, mint and chocolate mint.
