Notice anything funny about this photo? In particular, about the location of the cow. This cow is INSIDE the fence... not outside it... This cow is supposed to be OUTSIDE the fence.
We woke up the other morning, glanced out the bedroom window, and were confronted with this. This cow managed to unlatch a pedestrian gate, with her tongue, and bust into our garden. So, half asleep and rather unimpressed, we staggered outside in our pyjamas to try and herd the cow out. This wasn't so hard - the cows come when I call and are easily bribed with a bit of bread - but still not how I was planning on spending my Sunday morning.
Apparently the grass IS greener on the other side of the fence...
